Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the relations between the Green Shadow healing project, as the organiser of various wellbeing practices (the “organiser” or “we”), and the participant (the “participant” or “you”) thereof.

Enrollment
  1. In order to become a participant of the Green Shadow healing practices please fill in the questionnaire and proceed with payment in accordance with the instructions, further received from the organiser.
  2. By filling out the questionnaire and paying for participation in the practices, the participant expresses their direct and irrevocable consent with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Green Shadow Privacy Policy in full.
  3. Upon receipt of payment we will inform the participant about the schedule of the project.
  4. Unfortunately, a minor or a person completely incapable of business is not allowed to participate in the practices. Persons with partial business capacity are welcome to participate subject to the written consent of their legal representative or parent.
  5. The practices are not intended for participation of pets, if not stated otherwise specifically for the particular practice.
  6. Our group session usually consists of not more than 5 people, but will joyfully proceed, even if we don’t reach full capacity. If our group event has reached full capacity but you would like to share this experience with a friend, please feel free to contact us at zelenayaten@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  7. The organiser and/or the guide reserves the right at any time to cancel participation in the practice of any participant without explaining the reasons. In this case, the organiser refunds to the participant the money paid for participation in such a practice within a reasonable period of time.
  8. Our wellness practices shall not be deemed as medical services and are not intended for medical intervention or treatment.

In the Course of Practices
  1. For practices with the guide and group practices we encourage everyone to arrive 10 minutes before the practice. This honours the commitment of all participants. Should any delays occur, we ask for your understanding that the group can only wait up to additional 10 minutes before departing from the meeting place. If you have a solo practice with the guide, please inform them at least 30 minutes prior to the practice about being late via email.
  2. For everyone’s peace of mind, please inform the organiser or guide about any medical conditions or medications that might affect your participation. Don’t forget to bring any essential medications (e.g., asthma inhalers, allergy medications, or EpiPens). Please note that the guide or organiser is not responsible for the administration of your medication.
  3. If there are any special needs or concerns you think we should be aware of, please reach out to us at zelenayaten@gmail.com. Your comfort and safety are important to us.
  4. Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe footwear to ensure your ease and safety on our journey. Long socks and trousers are encouraged.
  5. To avoid any discomfort, we suggest using the restroom before our session begins.
  6. The organiser does not provide any health insurance or insurance for damages, injury, loss of belongings and similar. You’re encouraged to arrange medical insurance on your own.
  7. We gently remind you to look after your belongings. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage.
  8. We hope everyone can maintain a respectful and considerate attitude toward each other's personal space throughout our time together.
  9. Let’s all show our respect for the natural environment by adhering to Leave No Trace principles.
  10. To maintain a serene and harmonious environment, please refrain from smoking and drinking during the session.

Payment and Cancellation
  1. We expect to receive payment for practices not later than one (1) calendar day before the date of scheduled practice in the amount and by means specified in the further instructions of the Green Shadow healing project that will be sent to the participant upon completion of the form.
  2. We understand that plans can change; however, refunds cannot be provided for late cancellations or no-shows (less than one (1) calendar day before the scheduled practice), except for the reason of severe disease of yours or your closest relatives (i.e. spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, stepparent, stepchild). Transferring your right to participate in a practice session to a friend or rescheduling to another available date is, of course, an option.
  3. In case of the cancellation of the session due to the illness of the guide or any other force majeure circumstances the organiser will inform the participants in advance and suggest a full refund or re-scheduling of the session.

Precautions and Limitations
  1. By being cautious during the practices you ensure not only your own safety and well-being, but that of our companions and our guide. Please keep up with the group.
  2. Your safety is our priority; hence, in the event of adverse weather conditions, the guide reserves the right to reschedule the session to a more suitable time. If you have a solo practice without the guide, please ensure that the conditions are safe to proceed.
  3. Our guide is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all and will act according to her expertise subject to unconditional compliance of participants with these terms and conditions.
  4. By joining us or enrolling in a solo practice without the guide, you are solely responsible for your decision to participate in it, including your decision to get off our route or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Thus, you agree to release and hold harmless all involved parties, including the Green Shadow healing project, from any liability related to harm, loss, any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use, loss of profits, interruption or loss of business, lost goodwill, lost revenue and lost opportunity) arising out of any provisions hereof or with respect to participation in the healing practices hereunder, or in connection with the unforeseen circumstances or unfulfilled expectations, for we all wish for a safe and joyful experience.
