The main topic of the practice will be Kokoro [こころ]. It can be translated from Japanese as ‘heart’, but in a broader sense it also means wisdom, attention and sincerity. During the practice we will learn the art of Kokoro — how to follow our hearts in every decision we make.
森林浴
Forest Bathing [Shinrin Yoku] is a Japanese healing practice of reconnecting with your body and soul while spending time in nature. Through 5 senses awakening and personal invitations you can learn how to slow down in order to become a true "human-being" instead of a constant "human-doing".
Note: Unfortunately practice might not suit those who are fasting in this month of Ramadan, as we are going to have a tea ceremony in the end (you are free to skip this part as well).
Forest bathing lowers cortisol levels, a hormone associated with stress.
Stress reduction
Exposure to phytoncides, organic compounds released by trees, can increase the activity of natural killer (NK) cells, essential for the body's defense against viruses and cancer.
Immune system enhancement
Spending time in nature can help alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and mental fatigue.
Improved mood and mental health

Benefits For Your Soul
I always loved creating slow experiences and spaces that help people to move their "assemblage point". That’s how I found myself in Japan, learning Shinrin Yoku near the city of Nara and fully immersing myself in the Japanese way of co-existing with nature.

When I came back I started the Green Shadow project — a space where you can learn to stop your inner dialogue, find sources of energy replenishment, and begin a journey to yourself.

slowness, wisdom and sincerity
For me personally, Green Shadow is a natural sanatorium for self-exploration, bringing magic back to this world, and finding purpose in life.
目的
Depending on the intention, everyone can find something special here, such as: new ways of perceiving the world; a new language to describe sensations and feelings, life and events; or simply the opportunity to pause and rest.
